We built our flagship stay, Sunset Escape, by obsessing over the details guests actually feel — the crisp linens, the stocked kitchen, the fast reply when plans change. That standard earned five-star reviews and rebookings, and it became the blueprint for everything we do.
Today, Seize the Stay is a boutique hospitality brand: we host our own properties and bring that same care to the homes we manage for owners. We run the company from Illinois — and the secret is the hand-picked local team we've built on the ground in Tampa Bay, paired with expert designers and years of hands-on operating experience behind every property.
